A head massage is a deep style massage that focuses on the head, neck and shoulders. A head massage applies a range of techniques to help reduce stress and release tension in the upper body. Massaging the scalp can help stimulate nerves and blood vessels around the area and begin to calm muscle tension around the head.

Indian Head Massage (Chair Massage)

Pregnancy Massage is a soothing treatment designed to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, tailored specifically for expectant mothers. Using gentle techniques, this massage enhances relaxation, improves circulation, and can be safely enjoyed at any stage of pregnancy, up to one week before labour. The massage if performed with client laying on her sides, (Note: belly area is not worked on).
