30 minute Swedish Massage

Indian head massage is a traditional therapeutic practice that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders, promoting relaxation and well-being. This technique utilises a combination of gentle and firm pressure to alleviate tension, improve circulation, and enhance mental clarity.
Ideal for individuals seeking relief from stress and headaches, this massage also stimulates hair growth and nourishes the scalp. Experience the rejuvenating effects of Indian head massage, which harmonises the body and mind, leaving you refreshed and revitalised.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin.  After a skin analysis, a personalised serum cocktail will be selected to use during your treatment.

Your session will include a double cleanse, exfoliate, microneedle treatment with custom serum and a super soothing Jelly Mask to help soothe the skin.  After your mask, SPF 50 will be applied. 

The procedure stimulates the skin's natural healing process, which produces more collagen and elastin. These proteins improve skin's firmness and smoothness.
