Time is taken to assess your situation and needs as we all experience this phase of life differently. We will discuss areas of concern and possible tweaks that could be made to ease symptoms/situations. You will then be made comfortable on my heated couch cocooned in cosy blankets and to begin a simple breathing exercise will kick off a relaxed state. The reflexology will then focus on your specific areas of need through the reflex points across your feet. You should feel deeply relaxed & comforted by the end of the treatment and armed with ideas of how to support yourself further with some lifestyle tweaks. 

Menopause Reflexology

Your treatment begins with a gentle, luxurious facial cleanse using a natural cleansing oil, followed by the soothing touch of warm towels to melt away the day's stresses.
