A technique for treating swollen lymph nodes and lymphedema involves light, skin-stretching movements at the skin level, where most lymph vessels are. This method gently moves lymph towards nearby lymph nodes without applying pressure, making it a light and relaxing treatment, distinct from traditional massage.

Clinical Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Hot stone massage uses hot stones to soothe and ease muscle tension.
Hot stone massage is so relaxing and soothing, warming up different areas of your body, and used to massage your muscles with. Can be used in conjunction with a deep or relaxing massage.
