Such a relaxing and enjoyable facial massage. Not ever had something like this before and I really enjoyed it. Lovely not to have lots of products put onto the face but still a feeling of cleansing and moisturising. Already booked my return visit!

Amazing experience at the Wellness Studio with Kirsty. I love facials but having turned to natural products at home, I find that most facials I go for irritate my skin. This was not the case here, Kirsty uses  natural products that smell amazing and left my skin feeling so soft and renewed. Most of the treatment was facial massage rather than just lathering lots of products was on which I really loved too. I feel like my lymphatic system had some good drainage which has left me feeling so much lighter, less puffy, and with much less tension. Definitely going to come back for regular treatments

My signature treatment focuses on face, neck, and shoulder massage techniques, combining lymphatic drainage and sculpting to enhance circulation, reduce puffiness, and promote natural contouring. The somatic massage calms the central nervous system, aiming to release deep-seated tensions and restore balance within the body and mind.

Bespoke to what your body needs on the day, it nourishes the skin’s microbiome with whole-plant skincare, supporting its natural healing process.

You will leave feeling completely relaxed, with a sense of calm and renewed energy.

It includes a double cleanse, somatic massage, a deeply nourishing mask with a relaxing scalp massage, and finishing products. Tools such as gua sha or cupping can be added upon request for an enhanced experience.

The Somatic Flow 

Indulge in this luxurious treatment designed to deeply relax the nervous system, enhance the mind-body connection, and support your skin’s natural repair process.

It includes a consultation, somatic massage of the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders, combined with Pilates-style stretch release to ease tension and promote relaxation. Tools of choice, a detox mask, and wildflower steam complete the experience.

You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, with a sculpted, glowing complexion and a renewed sense of vitality.
