This session is to find out a bit more about you, it'll be a chat and some form filling to start you on your strength journey with me.  I'll ask about exercise history, work, lifestyle, hobbies and interests, exercise preferences, things you love and hate doing.  I will then take you through a strength session to get a feel for what to expect over the coming weeks 😊
