Cleansing, releasing and recharging energies of the body, mind and the auric field, this healing technique works on the level of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki

This treatment involves hands on healing as you lie comfortably on your back. The practitioner places their hands on several places around the head & face, down the front of the body, the legs & feet.

Taster / part package (30min)

This treatment focuses the majority of the session on the front of the head and body and a shorter time working all the way up the back of the body. 

Full Reiki Healing (50-60 min)

Treatment begins with a shamanic sound cleanse to release and re-balance the energy field, often with the use of white sage smoke. The session then continues with hands on, intuitive shamanic healing & guided healing wisdom, influenced by spirit guides and deep connection between practitioner & receiver, unless the receiver has a specific intention in mind (e.g. cord cutting, soul retrieval, shamanic journey to meet a power animal/guide or similar). This can be discussed prior to treatment.   

Shamanic Healing (50-60 mins)

A full, indulgent session of relaxing foot and lower leg massage, followed by the application of pressure and reflexology massage techniques to the foot reflexes to rebalance the body's systems, aid pain relief, relax the mind and body, and promote the body's ability to self heal.

Enjoy a full foot reflexology treatment with a Reiki infused crystal chakra cleanse and rebalance for all of the major energy centres in the body. Crystals are selected uniquely for you and placed on/near the 7 major chakras (energy centres) of the body. A crystal pendulum and/or clear quartz point will be used to cleanse and rebalance the chakras in this relaxing session. A selenite wand is often used to sweep the auric field, and

Usually performed with either a live audio or video call, this treatment begins with a shamanic sound cleanse.  The practitioner tunes in to the energies of recipient at the level of mind, body & spirit and uses shamanic practices and/or guided wisdom, influenced by spirit guides, as intuited. The recipient can select a specific practice, if required, such as cord cutting soul retrieval journey, shamanic journey to meet with a spirit animal/guide.

This sound healing treatment uses 12 perfectly tuned and specialised steel tuning forks on the 'shu points' (on 12 of the 14 meridians - energy lines - in the Traditional Chinese Medicine system of acupuncture) to bring about re-balancing and energising of the body's energy and flow. 

NB: NOT SUITABLE for those suffering with ANXIETY or frequent AGITATED STATES.

This treatment is especially helpful for those who are fatigued, low in mood or who need energy and motivation. It can be very well paired with more relaxing treatments such as Reiki, foot or facial reflexology or foot massage to bring a real sense of balance.
