With listening ears, I will try to understand exactly what you are wanting in a fresh cut. I also want to provide haircuts to those who cannot afford my going rate. Therefore, I am offering cuts at a price that you can afford. Come talk to me and without any judgement we will come to an agreeable cost to keep you feeling fresh.
