Since relocating to Coulsdon in 2022, we've expanded to offer private training studios under The Lifting Corner and The Lifting Studio. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities can focus on their health and wellbeing, with a team of dedicated fitness and wellness practitioners to support every step of your journey.
