The Integrative BODY LYMPH treatment accelerates your lymphatic system’s natural cleansing and healing ability by removing toxins, metabolic wastes and excess fluid from your body.

I use a combination of myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic pumping to drain and refine your shape adding and supporting detoxification to your lymph nodes allocated across the body. The 1 hour treatment includes full front of body including the stomach. Leave feeling lighter, clear minded and energised.

Please note that this treatment can induce short term headaches, nausea or feelings of lethargy. Take it easy and drink plenty of water.

Lymphatic massage is a fantastic treatment to support anyone working on inflammation, hormone imbalances, chronic health conditions and weight loss.

Please note this service includes the front of body, including the stomach.

My approach for this treatment in particular is connection, and I allow plenty of time with my clients to connect and ensure you are comfortable and educated. This treatment can treat very complex conditions, so I want to ensure you receive the best possible outcome.

The Integrative BODY LYMPH DELUXE  PACKAGE

The abdominal scar release technique is specifically designed to help those with adhesive tissue or scar tissue in the abdominal region. This may be women who have birthed via c-section, experienced a hysterectomy, suffer with Endometriosis or Adenomyosis and PCOS. This treatment is also extremely supportive of posture correction for anyone who finds themselves closed off in their front body, contributing to back, neck and leg pain.
In an abdominal scar release session, we assess and treat adhesion around scars, the abdominal wall, the diaphragm, hips and the ribs.

I have personal found this treatment life changing for the management of my own stage 3 Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS. This treatment holds a special place in my heart, and can give amazing relief to on-going pain. This is a fantastic on-going treatment to support these challenging health journeys.

Relax the body and de-stress the mind. Improve your  overall sense of well-being, and restore vital energy and nervous system. This healing treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle forearm work guided by your chosen pressure. 

I will weave functional cupping into the treatment to stimulate blood flow, increase joints mobility, help to repair damaged tissues and release energetic blockages. These techniques will aim to balance the length, tone and tension of muscles and tendons, which restores equilibrium within the body and in turn, promotes healing.

With the 1 hour service, I aim to focus on areas of concern if you prefer that little more of a lengthy feel, please select the SLOW DOWN DELUXE.

The Integrative SLOW DOWN
