I had a 'Live Well Massage' with Emma recently. I have to say it was the best and most detailed massage of my life. She uses techniques I have never come across and no one had ever done them on me. I weight and resistance train so my body is always in need of the appropriate deep tissue massage which is done properly. I have to say that myself and my body are thankful to Emma right now.
