Body realignment package 60min ( Bowen Therapy, Sports Massage, PNF Stretching )
Soft tissue manipulation ( BOWEN THERAPY WILL ALWAYS BE PERFORMED IN EACH SESSION AS A FOUNDATION ..SPORTS MASSAGE AND PNF MAYBE ADDED DEPENDING ON THE OUTCOME OF THE BODY ASSESSMENT )
Body realignment with the Bowen Therapy for example the pelvis, TMJ, shoulder, knees, combined with Sports Massage for deep muscle tensions and PNF stretching for tight leg muscles.
All together in one session, this is a very effective and fast way to treat a problem or condition.

RECOMMENDED IN BLOCKS OF 3 or 6 SESSIONS 
A session is 30min long
Muscle manipulation, stretching and exercise program.
After Stroke, Hip/Knee replacement, Work and Sports related injuries.

Rehabilitation Treatment 

A 60 minutes therapeutic session including consultation. The treatment begins with a 10-minute assessment to tailor the approach to your individual needs. Reflexology stimulates specific points on the feet to support nerve function, circulation, and the body’s natural healing.
