If you are making an appointment online, please choose any available slots that are available for grooming on your preferred day. If you couldn't find any slots, please call us for assistance.

We offers kibbles for our daycare pooches at only $5 for a bowl.
Feeding guide wil ll be used as reference depending on the dog's weight

Late pick up service is available until 6pm. 
If your pooch is not pick up after 6pm and after a phone call attempt, it will be taken to one of our staff home and you will be charged an overnight stay of $80 on top of the late pick-up fee.

In this case, please pick-up your pup before 12noon on the following day to avoid additional daycare charges.

PRIVATE BOARDING 
This service is available for all customers. New customers are required to book for half day evaluation daycare service.  We reserve the rights to accept only friendly non-aggressive dogs, desexed and fully vaccinated.

This service includes Warm wash, Blow Dry, Brushing and Nail Clipping.

Beauty Bath

Dematting is charged at $15/ 15mins a standard rate. 
Thereafter, our rate os $1/ min for any additional time to a max 30mins. 

Durations may vary depending on dog's hair condition. We do not do dematting on dogs any longer than 30mins for the dog wellness. 

Dematting is a painful and stressful process for your dogs. Dogs that are matted close to skin will need to be shaved.

Dematting/ Removing Knots

Brighten dog's facial area (good for tear stains). The products will be applied to the entire body as well to improve your dog's natural colour evenly.

This service is an add on for beauty bath and Style Cut Services.
Our pre-set menu for De-Shedding includes Tidy up services. 

If you have a double coated dog (with a full/ dense undercoat). High likely they will need to be de-shed. Please add this service on top of your beauty bath and/ or Style Cut services. If you are unsure about it, you can leave it at the time of booking, and our groomers will be able to do a thorough check on the day of the appointment.

Bichon Head

Add some fun to your dog haircut experience with love hearts shape on one area on their body. Love heart shape can only be done on certain dogs. We will need to see the coat and suitability on the grooming day,  during drop off.

Express Trimming (Face/ Hygiene- no wash 15mins)

Flea treatment must be paired with a summer cut (very short/ shaved off) to ensure that the fleas are all removed from the body completely.
Short hair will also provide you with easy monitoring of fleas coming back following the treatment.

Capstar flea tablet is available upon request
