I had an amazing sports massage due to rhomboid pain particularly.  Katie was very proffesional, knowledgeable and clean. She focused on the requested areas and I could feel the tension leaving my body. Wonderful service, highly recommend!

Relaxation Massage:
Includes:
Consultatuon & Evaluation.
Standard and specialised techniques such as: 
Effleurage, Cross Friction, Lymphatic Contouring, Deep Tissue, Swedish, etc.

* Please note: all 30 and 35 minute massages are available for returning clients only, due to consultation time needed.


Relaxation Massage

Categorised as 'sports' style massage however, the ab axis massage has lymphatic and soothing, relaxing movements also, delivering a mixture of techniques dependent on clients needs/ tolerances (as always). 
In this massage i will work all mid section/ trunk/ abdominals front and to lower back and side hip areas. 

Benefits of this massage are (all standard benefits of massage) including: improved digestion, reduced bloating, satiety, and even better mood. Rebooting various pathways in the body including neuronal, immune, and endocrine systems. 
Clients find they have a much better muscle mind connection with their abs/ stomach after this massage, tight or pressure areas are relaxed and relieved. Diaphragm, abs, hips and lower back will feel relieved afterwards. 
Pre-Appointment -
* Please do not eat a large meal or drink excessive fluids straight before this appointment as this involves stomach work. 
* Post surgery clients need to be fully healed prior booking.

Abdominal Axis/ Midsection Massage

Consultatuon & Evaluation.
Sandard & specialised techniques such as: Sports, Deep Tissue, Blading (Graston), Cupping, Trigger Point, MET, STR, etc. 

Sports Massage

Competitive Clients for optimal stage presentation. 

Within peak-week, ideally 4 - 2 days before the show 

Lymphatic flush, improved ROM, no chances of bruising, relaxing drain, balancing muscle groups for best posing & rotation etc. 

Any techniques used are to optimise posing ability and flow.
