Jeff, thanks for the review!  I am glad you enjoyed your massage and found it beneficial.  As far as lotions and candles, I do not use candles nor scented lotions. I think it was my air freshener that you smelled. I am sorry for that. I will keep that in mind for your next appointment.  See you soon! 

Chad was professional and an experienced masseuse. Best one I have found in Florence so far. I wish he didn’t use scented oil and candles. I’d prefer scent free. Other than that a great massage. 

After a 3 day, 200 mile cycling event on some rough roads and 100 degree heat index days, my neck, back and legs were in need of a great sports massage.  Chad is exactly what was needed to help relieve the tired and tight muscles.  Professional service, clean studio and very relaxing atmosphere.  Once again the best massage.

80 minutes of Swedish massage.  Long fluid strokes designed to work the superficial layers of the muscles. This type of massage is very relaxing and the techniques such as effleurage, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. This massage may also include range of motion stretching. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

Body Refresh & Relax
