50 Minutes of athletic focus massage.  From serious athletes to dedicated gym-goers, adding elements of sports massage to your next session can enhance flexibility, help you recover from competition, and help prevent injuries from occurring. Sessions can include cupping, massage gun, and stretching. If you are sports minded or are looking to take your game to the next level, this is for you. 

Sports Massage

80 minutes of Swedish massage.  Long fluid strokes designed to work the superficial layers of the muscles. This type of massage is very relaxing and the techniques such as effleurage, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. This massage may also include range of motion stretching. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

Body Refresh & Relax

50 minutes of Swedish massage.  Long fluid strokes designed to work the superficial layers of the muscles. This type of massage is very relaxing and the techniques such as effleurage, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation while also reducing stress. 

Body Tune-Up

25 minutes of massage focused on area of your choice. Great for a quick focus on your troubled area.
