Therapy can change your life and is a great investment in your future: you can choose Counselling or Craniosacral Therapy (CST) or both. Let your body gently release tightness from emotional and physical injuries and find a new way of being - this is what CST does. You stay clothed and quiet - we only need to talk about what is going on for you during the session. Exploring what you find difficult about life is what Counselling is all about, allowing you the time and space to understand yourself better and work out what you might want to change, if anything.
