TEAspot is dedicated to enhancing your overall well-being. As both a fitness coach and massage therapist, my aim is to support you in achieving your personal wellness goals. In massage, I use a specially handcrafted, massage balm suitable even for sensitive skin types, including eczema. For an added benefit, you can opt for a CBD-infused hemp-based balm during your massage, which is rich in antioxidants and healthy fatty acids to nourish and enrich your skin.
