A BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) manicure is a gel-based nail treatment that provides a durable and long-lasting manicure with a natural look while also strengthening natural nails. It's essentially a thicker, stronger version of regular gel polish, applied as an overlay to enhance the nail's structure and longevity.

A long-lasting gel pedicure, chip-free for up to 3 weeks.

Dry/e-file manicures here at Sundays start with antiviral cleanser and thorough cuticle care using an e-file to lift and remove cuticle, erase dry/hard skin around the nail leaving nails perfectly prepped and clean ready for gel application. 

*Please note that if you are a regular client and have either gel/hard gel/or BIAB applied by us here at Sundays, we include this process within the treatment. You do not need to book an additional service, and there is no extra charge for this when you are having a reapplication of gel/hard gel or BIAB. 



Manicure & Gel Polish

A thorough and relaxing pedicure treatment with extensive hard skin and callus removal, leaving your feet silky smooth and hydrated. 
Before a callus peel treatment and e-file hard skin removal, we will carry out a dry/e-file Pedicure thorough cuticle to lift and remove cuticle, erase dry/hard skin around the nail, leaving nails perfectly prepped and clean, ready for gel application. 
Followed by a soothing soak, exfoliating scrub and cleanse, shea butter and cuticle oil.

Recommended 3 treatments every 6-8 weeks.


Medi-Pedi

This is the ultimate overhaul pedicure for pristine feet. This treatment includes an extensive deep clean with antiviral products to help rid fungal issues and the application of fungal treatment with homecare products recommended. 

A dry/e-file pedicure, removal of any crumbling infected nail and treatment applied to rid infection. 
Any damaged, missing toenails will be reconstructed, and gel/French applied.

Callous and hard skin peel, with e-file removal to leave feet soft, silky smooth and hydrated. 

A soothing antiviral foot soak with exfoliating scrub and shea butter and cuticle oil.

You will be required to keep up with regular appointments to treat the fungal infection every 4-6 weeks with a homecare routine. 



Antifungal Treatment Pedicure 

The toenail correction system is a versatile and innovative product that enables the completely painless treatment of almost all forms of involuted and ingrown toenails. Pain-free and suitable for diabetics.
Within the toenail correction treatment, our usual signature procedures will also be carried out. We start with an antiviral cleanse, e-file cuticle work and a deep cleaning of each toenail. 
No gel is applied in this treatment. 


Toenail Correction

Toenail Reconstruction with Medi-Pedi complete foot overhaul deep pedicure.

Toenails are reconstructed with Antifungal Toenail gel containing Piroctone Olamine, which helps to promote nail health and growth.

Each individual nail is thoroughly cleaned on the surface and underneath including sidewalls to remove build-up using an Antimicrobial skin-friendly cleaning solution.

Each reconstructed nail is skillfully crafted to look like a natural real nail, with no lumps, bumps or uneven areas in sight. It will feel light and secure. Lasting 3-6 weeks, 

Usual signature procedures will also be carried out. We start with an antiviral cleanse, e-file cuticle work and a deep cleaning of each toenail. 
After the new toenail is reconstructed, we apply gel or a French to the toenails, followed by cuticle oil.

Complete gel application/French is included.

Toenail Reconstruction

Your Foot health practitioner will complete a full foot health assessment with you, including taking details of your medical history, before your routine foot care. This helps us learn a little bit about you so that we can consider how any medical conditions may affect your foot care needs.

They will then perform any routine foot care that you require, including thickened nail reduction, Corn care, and Ingrown or involuted nails, completed with hydrating Shea butter.

We will also discuss any other treatments with you that they feel you may benefit from, for example, nail reconstruction. 

Your appointment duration may vary depending on what treatments you require. 

This treatment is advised every 4-6 weeks as part of your regular foot health care routine.
