You are considered late if you have not arrived on the dot of your appointment time. I allow a 10 minute grace period but you have to reach out to me. At 15 minutes with no contact, your appointment will be cancelled and the full amount of your service charged. To avoid this please be on time or communicate your tardiness. If you’d like to keep the appointment and will be late beyond 10 minutes the following fees apply.
