I offer 1V1 coaching and small group training in BJJ, Striking, MMA, and general fitness. Tailored directly to your GOALS, your PACE, and your PROGRESS. Every session is focused on your needs. We work on steady improvement. With a strong background in martial arts and fitness, I’ve built a space in Portarlington, Laois where clients can train hard, stay accountable, and grow. Physically and mentally.
