Absolutely LOVED it! So beautiful and such a great last minute date night. Hubby and I have fun 3 kiddies, so taking some time for us to relax and reconnect was amazing. We loved the electrolyte water to start and leaning all about the chromotherapy lights. The whole experience left us feeling like bliss and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend. 

Such a treat especially since today was on the chilly side.  Loved the heat and ability to adjust it.  Also the colour light therapy.

What an amazing experience, so good for your health.  The entire experience was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door you feel a sense of calm and relaxation,were greeted by a lovely member of staff, who showed us through to our private suna and cold bath and talk us through what to do and how to get the most out of our session. There is a beautiful ambience    throughout the entire studio.

Bring a friend to sweat with! During your session you will have 50 minutes to utilise your own private infrared sauna room equipped with a shower, organic toiletries and an area to change. We also supply towels for the duration of your session. Sweat (For Two)
