A beautiful upper body Ayurvedic massage (not back) that aims to harmonise the mind, body and spirit enabling you to connect with your inner self. 

For this treatment the studio is candlelit to create the perfect healing environment.

Bespoke essential oil blends will be applied to the face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms and hands, using slower healing somatic massage techniques that are practiced consciously with the intention of creating an internal experience for each individual. 

I aim to create space for spiritual, emotional and physical release allowing you to let go of any stored negative energy. This experience will leave you with an overall feeling of inner peace, wellbeing and calm.

Avoid coming with freshly washed hair is possible.

Micro needling is a minimally invasive procedure, also know as collagen induction therapy, that uses a series of tiny needles to penetrate the skin stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. With the application of Hyaluronic Acid this procedure can help to visibly reduce the signs of ageing by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring and pore size leading to an overall improvement in skin tone and texture.

All retinoid products must be stopped 7 days prior to treatment and can commence 7 days after.
