The Bowen Technique helps the body remember how to heal itself. The gentle yet
powerful Bowen moves send neurological impulses to the brain resulting in immediate

Relax in a zero-gravity chair while enjoying the sounds of our natural water cascade, perfect for meditation or a nap!  We have recreated the environmental conditions found in a natural Salt Mine. Our cave offers many dimly lit salt lamps, gentle music, both a HEPA & UV air filtration system, and an environment composed of 9 tons of Polish Pink Salt. The water cascades maintain elevated levels of humidity, and a Halogenerator grinds down pharma grade salt and disperses it throughout the air. This 100% natural, drug free treatment has been effective in treating a wide variety of respiratory illnesses. In addition to the healing benefits, guests will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a session in our cave.


Adult Salt Cave Session

Hand & Foot Detox session for 1 person. This room accommodates up to 5 people. *others may be in the session at the same time*. 

 In this unique and multifaceted treatment, your extremities are placed on natural, heated, and gently glowing Pink Salt blocks. The warm setting of the salt opens the pores and triggers the body's natural detoxification process. Softly exfoliating and relaxing the hands and feet, it stimulates the entire central nervous and circulatory system.

In this warm and dry treatment, Far Infrared Rays penetrate through the skin to activate the sweat glands and promote healing throughout the deep tissues found in the body. Natural perspiration ensures rapid release of excess water, toxins, and heavy metals. 
We do not have a shower in our facility. We do provide towels and water for your convenience. 
The attire you choose to wear in the sauna is at your discretion.
