Sports massage focuses on improving blood circulation, reducing injury, increasing range of movement/flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, stiffness, tightness & relieving aches or pains. If you're preparing for an event, working a strenuous occupation or experiencing general sore, stiff/tight muscles, I would highly recommend having regular maintenance, we are just like machines, we too need mot and servicing to keep going about our busy lives. 

*Please note, sessions are adapted in a way to suit you best, if you think you require a longer service and want more time spent on various areas, choose the longer duration sessions. Sessions from 30 mins to 40 mins are short to focus on specific areas of tension. It’s not possible to massage every muscle in short periods of time. 1 hour upwards works on more of a variety of muscle groups, so choose what benefits you most*
