This package includes a 1-hour consultation and 12-weeks of 1-1 coaching with mobile support and weekly reviews either face-to-face or online, resource are app based within 'Lab Coaching' including your personalised meal and training plan created by a dietitian with an extensive background in nutrition and personal training with NHS experience. Including combatting bad habits for good, food list for shopping, meal ideas, supplement recommendations, tips and tricks, micronutrient suggestions, and overall aim + plan to monitor progress based on evidence combined with experience so I can give you practical advice that works. Typical goals and problems I help with include fat loss, muscle gain, IBS, and deficiencies. You will experience improvements in metabolism, bone density, cardiovascular, lung, and mental health alongside reducing blood pressure, diabetes risk and improving balance with coordination to enable longevity in your physique, health and performance while feeling your best.
