Discuss your goals, expectations, previous experiences and medical conditions to achieve the best results. 
Once seen by both the practitioner and prescriber, you may book your Anti-Wrinkle appointment with a minimum of 7 days notice to assure your prescription has been delivered. 
Please contact the practitioner to assure your booking is with our nurse prescriber. 
The deposit will be deducted off of your treatment once booked. Prescriptions will be valid for 6 months only.
