Sessions are 15–30 minutes and are held in person in my healing space — peaceful, grounded & surrounded by nature. New clients will complete a short intake form so I can get to know you before we begin.

This session is a catalyst for release, clarity & reconnection. It's a deeply personalised experience where your body is honoured, your mind is supported, and your system is guided back into balance using a blend of modalities.

Please allow between 1.5 to 3 hours. The session unfolds at a natural pace, shaped by what your system needs most in that moment. This is not a surface-level experience. You’ll be gently initiated into the next version of yourself — grounded, energised & in alignment with what your body truly needs.

You’ll receive a personalised post-session summary with supportive tools to carry forward.

A focused session for women seeking support with functional testing — whether you're trying to decide which test is right for your wellness goals, or you’d like guidance interpreting results you’ve already received.

This session is ideal for self-led clients who don’t need a full intake but want insight and next steps. We'll explore testing pathways, patterns in your results and simple ways to move forward with clarity.

– Functional testing guidance (e.g. i-screen recommendations)
– Interpretation of existing test results
– Supplement or lifestyle suggestions

You’ll walk away with clarity, permission to trust yourself, and simple yet powerful ways to live, work & relate in a way that feels more natural, spacious & true to you. A calm, clear space to understand yourself deeply & begin living in a more aligned way.
