Sessions are 15–30 minutes and are held in person in my healing space — peaceful, grounded & surrounded by nature. New clients will complete a short intake form so I can get to know you before we begin.

Please allow between 1.5 to 3 hours. The session unfolds at a natural pace, shaped by what your system needs most in that moment. This is not a surface-level experience. You’ll be gently initiated into the next version of yourself — grounded, energised & in alignment with what your body truly needs.

This session is ideal for self-led clients who don’t need a full intake but want insight and next steps. We'll explore testing pathways, patterns in your results and simple ways to move forward with clarity.
