I’m a certified holistic health coach with functional medicine training and I hold additional qualifications in reflexology, reiki, massage and yoga. 

I look forward to welcoming you to my studio in the beautiful village of Milverton, situated between the Somerset towns of Taunton and Wellington. Here, you will find a place of deep calm and relaxation where I will support you on your own wellness journey.

Infra red light is very relaxing. Came away feeling great.

Me and my partner visited for our anniversary. Customer service was fantastic. Greeted on arrival, everything was explained well. We both really enjoyed the red light therapy and the infrared sauna. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I couldn't enjoy all of it due to my size. I don't think the leg pressure pads were aimed at larger people and the zips opened as the pressure increased. Please don't let this take away from the place though,  definitely worth a visit if you are looking to recharge your batteries 

My mother loved it, thank you. I will be visiting myself soon.

Up to 45 minutes in the sauna with optional chromotherapy. Welcome cleansing juice and finish off with a chilled, aromatherapy infused towel. Rehydrating coconut juice available. 

Private studio. Relax in tranquility or choose from a variety of guided meditations, breath work, podcasts, music... or even watch Netflix!

Pressotherapy Lymphatic Massage - 30 minute Add-On 

The Mobiliser™ from Back in Action is a specially designed massage bed with in-built rollers and a gentle heater. The rollers travel along the length of the spine, neck, shoulders and legs using repetitive movements that remove the tension in your joints and muscles. It has been described as a ‘factory reset for your spine’.

Each session lasts for 15 minutes,
