Through mindful stimulation of key calming pressure points - such as the third eye (to quiet the mind), the base of the skull (to ease tension), the solar plexus (to restore balance), the sacrum (to ground energy), and reflex points in the feet (to calm the whole body) - your mind, body and spirit will be guided into a state of stillness and safety.
