Two Hours 

Somnia is a treatment of profound rest. A space to step out of overwhelm and allow your whole system to soften. Working through the face, scalp, and neck it invites the body, mind, and spirit into stillness.

Facial acupressure, head and neck massage, and vibroacoustic tuning forks combine in slow, rhythmic sequences that soothe the nervous system and encourage a shift into deep calm. This isn’t about releasing surface tension, but about being guided into a state where your whole being can truly rest and restore.

Somnia is a manual invitation into stillness and a place to let go, drift inward, and return renewed.

Please note: as the massage extends from the neck and face, some oil will travel into your hair.
