Such a different kind of massage & relaxation technique.

This practice is especially effective as a preparatory step for Kahuna Bodywork. Using focused intention, conscious breath, and heightened sensitivity, the practitioner applies pressure with their knees or hands, working along the spine from the base to the neck.
