Had a fabulous hot stone massage and reflexology facial with Jennifer. Her studio is so cosy and welcoming and I floated out after the treatments! 

Jennifer is the most wonderful at her work. So atune to my needs. She is so communicative and kind and it is an easy to be with, and delightful experience to have a treatment with her. I would recomend her to anyone! 

2nd time visiting Jennifer for a full body massage and a facial relexology session. A nice invigorating way to spend a Saturday morning at the start of November after starting off the morning between plunge pools and saunas. Already booked in for a few future sessions :)

Amazing, thank you Jennifer! I floated out. I was so relaxed I could barely drag myself up the stairs after my second kiddie collection, but came good enough to get through swimming lessons and after all of that set a new sleep score record - I told you I sleep well, regularly hitting a sleep score of 91, but after your treatment I hit a never before reached very impressive 93!!!! Actual evidence of benefit 😊

Renew Me Renew Ritual (1.5 hours)

Foot reflexology is a complimentary therapy that incorporates the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate the body's own healing system and bring the body into balance. All treatments include a luxurious hot towel cleanse and I use Irish made Flying Wild organic creams and footbalms which nourish and rehydrate the skin.

Reflexology is a fantastic complimentary treatment and can be used to help issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause symptoms, stress, anxiety, fertility and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. 

Reflexology is a complimentary treatment and should never be used in place of seeking professional medical advice.

Release jaw tension and soothe discomfort with a gentle intraoral massage focused on TMJ-related muscle tightness. 
This calming treatment encompasses scalp massage, facial lymphatic massage, and buccal massage to help ease headaches, migraines, lock jaw, and sinus pain, while helping restore mobility and natural movement. Ideal for relieving overworked jaw muscles and reducing inflammation and tight clicking jaws.  

TMJ Buccal Massage 

Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. The muscles are first warmed and relaxed using the hot stones then traditional manual massage techniques are employed to help ease muscle tension and achieve maximum benefits.

Choose between a full body massage or back, neck and shoulder massage. Approx 60 mins.

Our Renew Signature Holistic Facial includes a regular salon style facial, but is elevated to another level by drawing on a variety of other components. Our facials all include lots of massage to help stimulate the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the skin, helping to regenerate your skin and promote a healthy vibrant glow.

Gentle but effective tools such as gua sha, facial cups, accupressure roller and kansa wand may also be used to help boost circulation and to help naturally lift & sculpt your face, neck and jawline and minimise fine lines and wrinkles.

To help elevate your treatment to a truly holistic treat, chose from foot reflexogy or arm & hand massage, or simply relax to the sounds of a soothing meditation while your face mask works it's magic.
