This is a medium to firm pressure massage with the use of forearms and elbows to work deeper into the muscles. It helps to realign the deeper tissues of the body and can also offer an increase in movement to certain areas. Benefits to this type of massage is that it can work on problem areas which are painful and can cause issues with joints and movement. Aromatherapy Massage

This is massage can be tailored to suit the client, a light pressure can be used for relaxation where a firmer pressure can be used to target specific muscles for a deep targeted treatment. The heat from the stones will help to relax the tissues and to warm the muscles to relieve tension. This treatment can be used alongside aromatherapy oils to over the maximum relaxing treatment.
30 minute treatment time with 10 minutes for consultation, home and aftercare.

Hot Stone Massage

This is a light pressure massage (firmer pressure can be applied to the upper back). This is a calming massage to work on aches and pains caused by pregnancy. This is a side to side massage with supports depending on how far along your pregnancy you are to obtain maximum comfort for both mother and baby. This treatment can only be carried out from the second trimester onwards. No essential oils will be used during this treatment.

Pre Natal Pregnancy Massage

You can come for a Postnatal massage as soon as you feel ready – if you have had a natural, complication-free labour, you can enjoy a massage the very next day if needed! If you have had complications with the birth or a cesarean, I would advise that you wait at least 3 weeks for healing to take place.
Post Natal Massage can provide relief from complaints such as lower back ache, hip pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, headaches, and neck & shoulder tension.
This treatment will be carried out similar to a pre natal massage in that the treatment will be carried out side to side and not lying on the abdomen area.

Post Natal Pregnancy Massage

Reflexology is well known for stimulating the release of endorphins, which are the chemicals that are naturally released in the brain.
