The Recovery Room is run by Bobby Lappin — a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and qualified Personal Trainer since 2008. With experience working with top athletes and everyday clients, Bobby specialises in Sports, Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage, Muscle Scraping, Cupping, Dry Needling & Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Alongside Bobby, his wife, Michelle — a Massage Practitioner with over 16 years’ experience in spas and clinics — provides tailored treatments including Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Wood Therapy.

Really loved my lymphatic drainage detox with Michelle. She continually asked if the pressure was okay and comfortable and readjusted when it got a bit nippy! Showed instant visible results and have noticed a reduction in bloating this week and an increase in energy due to having deep sleep too which I put down to the treatment!
