Fabulous!  This was my 4th visit.   Love it.   Felt amazing and sooo relaxed afterwards.   The staff are friendly and really helpful.    Enjoyed the compression sleeves and then had the sauna/plunge package.

Please be aware this is a shared facility, and you may be sharing the sauna with other people.
Also note, this is a "no nudey" facility.
