I booked with Andrew for a sports massage before taking part in the York marathon. After a quick consultation Andrew identified the areas with the most tightness and got to work leaving my legs feeling fresh for race day. Would thoroughly recommend!

Andrew made me feel very welcome with his friendly approach. I have had pain in my hips after years of running and cycling. Andrew recognised the issues and worked on my hip flexor muscles, which transpired to be very tight. I have already noticed an improvement in my range of motion and I'm pain free.
