During your initial consultation and treatment, a new client form will be filled out, including any relevant medical history. 

If you have a specific injury or problem area, this will then be assessed before treatment is carried out. 

Rehab advice will then be given to help you to maintain and build on improvements made during treatment.

Ideal for larger areas of the body e.g. legs or back.

For clients who've already had an initial consultation. 

A 30-minute appointment is best for treatment of specific, small areas such as calves or shoulders.
