Ombre Powdered brows deposits tiny, pin-like dots over the brow area to fill in thin spots, creating a soft shaded look. This technique uses a machine and needle cartridge to deposit semi-permanent organic pigment into the skin, giving definition and shape to your brow. The result is a soft filled-out brow.
