Laura is qualified in level 4 sports massage where she can assess postural alignment, various muscular injuries, use soft tissue release and stretching techniques to fully enhance range of movement within a joint and release muscular tightness. Alongside this she can give suitable strengthening exercises and stretches to do from home.
