Silent appointment 

New Clients 
A skin test must be booked for all treatments at least 48hours in advance of your treatment if you are a new client. 
It is your responsibility to book for a patch test, if you turn up to a treatment not having a patch test your appointment will be cancelled & you will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

Existing Clients  
A patch test is required every 6months so please be aware of this. If you are having a new treatment you haven’t had before a new patch test will be needed.
