All manicures include a strong builder gel base as standard, with no extensions offered. If you have existing gel, please book an infill or soak-off—acrylic is not removed.

Please read my cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Should you have initially booked for a specific tier of nail art but wish to make changes, I kindly request that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges for the higher tier.

In the event of lateness, I will make efforts to accommodate within the allotted time frame, adjusting the service as necessary. However, the original booking price will remain applicable.

Should you arrive excessively late, rendering the service unfeasible, it will be considered a no-show and will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
