I highly recommend not only beginner pole dancers to start working on your flexibility early stages of your pole journey, but also seasoned pole dancers to continuously work on their flexibility - as this will help your pole-gress😉 Strength and flexibility must be built together, and I’m here to help you with both of it in your journey😚
