All Over Color 

Partial highlights starts at $200 and goes up according to hair length and density.  Hair highlights are meant to mimic the effects of the sun on your hair applied on one half of the head. Lowlights are meant to add dimension with a darker tone than your highlight color applied on one half of the head.
