Obsidian Parlour Policies
- Card details are required when booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24hrs incur a 30% fee. A 15min grace period applies; late arrivals may be rescheduled. 
- Appointments can only be rescheduled twice. 
- MMA removal incurs a $20 fee. 
- Afterpay is available in-store. 
- Clients must be 16+ or with a guardian. 
- Do not attend if sick—reschedules welcome. 
- Ripping off enhancements twice or more may result in a ban. 
- Repeated no-shows or disrespectful behaviour, including aggression or discrimination, will lead to a permanent ban.

Structured Manicure (biab) 

Mini Manicures is designed for our little ones! 

This service includes a kid friendly manicure with the option of kid safe polish or gel polish. Your little one can choose their own colours and style while being pampered in our neurodivergent friendly salon! 

Parents are to be present for the entire appointment. 10yo+

Mini Manicure 

A manicure designed for guys and they’s that want to care for their nails but don’t know where to start. 

This service is a basic spa manicure and includes: hand scrub, hand massage, dry manicure, oil and moisturiser. 

*If your nails are crying out for help and need to be shown some extra special love there will be additional costs for extra time.*

MAN-icure

Removal service for current clients only. 

cannot be applied to new clients, please book our other removal service.
