Our mixed healing arts approach combines Shoshin Shiatsu, Swedish and hot stone massage, Guasha, cupping, guided meditation, and aromatherapy. We also specialize in palliative, hospice, and end-of-life care, offering compassionate support through tailored massage practices.

By using a variety of techniques to target and address each client's unique needs and problem areas in the body we are able to produce more optimal results. 
The client takes an active role in the therapy, working closely with the therapist. Together we will discuss what goals you have for your wellness and what approach will best meet those goals.
