A deeply nurturing 90-minute massage created to fully support your body and mind during pregnancy. With more time and intention, this session allows us to move slowly and thoroughly through the whole body—while also focusing on the areas where you need extra attention, like lower back, hips, or shoulders.

This treatment is ideal if you're looking for a slower, more restorative experience that helps you fully unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. 

You'll remain comfortably on your side, supported with cushions and pillows to ensure your body feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for throughout. A beautiful way to honour your body and your journey.

If this is your first appointment, please allow an additional 10 minutes to go through a health form to understand your needs before starting the session.

1.5h Pregnancy relaxation massage

This 120-minute massage is a real treat for mums-to-be who enjoy an extra long massage session.

We'll spend one hour on each side of your body, allowing us to move slowly and with intention.

Perfect for those wanting to spend extra time on specific areas, and who would like to take the opportunity to deeply reconnect to self.

Please note, this treatment is only available from the second trimester onward (17+ weeks), and is not recommended if you're not comfortable lying on your sides for an extended period of time.

You'll remain comfortably on your side, supported with cushions and pillows to ensure your body feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for throughout.

2h Pregnancy Massage

Feel revitalised and relaxed while restoring your body’s natural balance. with this gentle, non-invasive treatment, using light, rhythmic strokes to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid. It helps reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and boost immune health.
For a full-body option, the 1.5 hour option is recommended.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage 

A grounding, therapeutic massage, designed to reach deeper layers of tension. We begin by warming up the connective tissue, and allowing your body and nervous system to soften, before using stronger strokes to access deeper layers, aiming to release long-held stress and discomfort. 
Perfect for those looking for a remedial session, or who simply enjoy a deeper treatment.
