1.Following the procedure, they may experience sensations of itching, stinging, redness, or warmth in the treated area. These effects typically subside within a span of a few hours to a couple of days.
 
2. It’s normal to encounter swelling and bruising, which can persist for several days after the treatment.
 
3. The treated skin area can be sensitive to touch.
 
4. Client must drink 1-2 litres of water per day to aid detoxification.
 
5. To minimise the risk of hyper-pigmentation, it’s advisable to avoid sun exposure and sunbeds for a week following the treatment.
 
6. Sustaining a healthy diet and incorporating light exercise is recommended throughout the treatment programme. Clients should avoid eating a few hours before the treatment and a few hours after where possible -eat light.
 
7. Refrain from physical exercise for 24 hours following treatment.
 
8. No hot baths for 48 hours.
