Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy that can be very effective in treating a range of 'hard to treat' chronic pain conditions including: fibromyalgia, RSI, back pain, pelvic pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ & jaw pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciatis and complications with scar tissue to name a few.
Although immediate benefits are likely to be experienced after just one session, an initial course of weekly sessions followed by regular monthly maintenance sessions are highly recommended for maximum and lasting results.
