Microneedling is a clinical facial. I will perform this treatment with a roller which has hundreds of tiny needles, the roller creates multiple superficial punctures on the skin surface with minimal discomfort.

A back, neck, and shoulder massage, combined with scalp and facial massage, is a deeply relaxing and beneficial treatment. 
It targets common areas of stress and tension, promoting overall well-being. The treatment often begins with a massage of the back, neck, and shoulders, followed by a head massage focusing on the scalp, temples, and forehead, and concludes with a facial massage that includes gentle strokes and pressure points.

Back neck shoulder scalp and facial massage

The treatment includes a double cleanse to remove makeup, then using lymphatic drainage techniques to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid which therefore reduces swelling and puffiness in the face. 
Also high recommended if you have sinus problems.
Additionally, the treatment encourages the delivery of oxygen around the face as well as improved hydration to the skin cells leading to a much healthier and glowing complexion. To complete this treatment your skin will have a light spray of toner followed by moisturiser to get that amazing glow.
No oil will be used in this treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment- Face 

Manual lymphatic drainage treatment is to relieve swelling by coaxing lymph fluid from your tissues to your functioning lymph nodes. Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic drainage treatment uses light pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system, which lies directly beneath the skin.
The benefits of having this treatment will be to ease bloating, fatigue, brain fog, puffiness, swollen ankles or hands and help skin conditions
Please note this is not a deep pressure treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment 

Massage therapy during pregnancy has been shown to provide many benefits, including a sense of wellness, improved relaxation, and better sleep. Using a combination of massage techniques and trigger points. 
This is a lovely treatment and improves aches and pains while pregnant. 
Pregnancy massage is only suitable for women after the first trimester and with no high risk pregnancy complications
